Refund Policy - the basics
1. Service-Based Work
Einstein Surface & Environmental Services provides commercial cleaning services that are scheduled, labor-based, and performed on-site. Due to the nature of our work, services are not eligible for traditional refunds once completed.
2. Satisfaction Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our work.
If you are not satisfied with the results of a completed service, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, if warranted, return to address the issue at no additional cost.
3. Scope of Work
All services are performed based on the agreed-upon scope outlined in the quote, proposal, or service agreement.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Conditions outside the original scope of work

Permanent stains or damage that cannot be removed with standard cleaning methods

Pre-existing surface damage or deterioration
4. Deposits & Scheduling
For certain projects, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling.
Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled service date
Cancellations made prior to this window may be eligible for partial or full refund at our discretion
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services based on availability
6. Weather & Site Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe site conditions.
This does not qualify for a refund but will be rescheduled at the next available time.
7. Payment Disputes
If there is a concern regarding billing or service, clients agree to contact us directly to resolve the issue before initiating a payment dispute.
